Chocolate icing
Food concentrate. Dry mix for making oil icing with cacao. It is used for icing, decorating bakery and confectionery products: pies, pastries, cookies, desserts. It gives and keeps traditional chocolate taste and smell of your favorite confectionery.
Cooking method:
1. Package contents mix with 2 tablespoons of hot water and 50 g of butter until smooth.
2. Stirring slowly melt the received mass at low temperature for 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Put icing on the surface of the cooked confectionery product.
