Sugar Vanilla Icing


Food concentrate. Dry mix for making icing sugar. It is used for icing, decorating bakery and confectionery products: Easter cakes, pies, pastries, cookies, desserts.

Cooking method:

1. Package contents pour out in a bowl and add one chilled egg white.

2. Whip with a mixer until a thick egg white mass.

3. Put icing on the surface of the cooked confectionery product.
