Vanillin sugar

Vanillin sugar is an aromatic sugar which is made by mixing of vanillin pods and castor sugar or sugar sand. Such sugar is used in confectionery industry, namely in bakery for dessert powders. Confectioners use this sugar also for strewing of fruit and berries.
