Dried granulated garlic

Garlic – biennial herbaceous plant of the onion family. Dried granulated garlic is a great seasoning for meat and fish dishes, for cooking sausage products. Because of the strong aroma, garlic is used in small amounts and in combination with cinnamon, star aniseed (Illicium verum), cloves, mint, anise and cumin. Appearance — dried granules. Color – creamy gold.
