Whole Allspice

Allspice is a fruit of an evergreen tree of Myrtle family. It is characterized by a strong pleasant aroma which combines shades of cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper. It is used during canning of vegetable and mushroom marinades.

It is used according to recipes.
