Allspice (Jamaica pepper) ground
A mixture of aromatic powder. It is typically brown colored. Allspice (Jamaica pepper) – is a bean of the evergreen tree of the myrtle family. It has a strong pleasant aroma that combines smell shades of cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper. Allspice is added to the first, second course dishes, gravies, used in canning vegetables, mushroom marinades.
