Basil (dried)
Basil is an aroma spicery herb. Basil is combined perfectly with tomatoes, green vegetables, soups, eggs, fish, cheese, lamb, pizza and sauces. Ground dried leaves of basil improve the taste sausages and pies. This spice is used in omelets, salads, crab dishes, to flavour the vinegar. Basil is added to soups, jams and fried foods in 10-15 minutes before food readiness and to stuffing at the time of preparation.
