Chili is dried ground pods of the annual plant from the genus Capsicum. Tropical America is its origin.

Red pepper has a strong spicy aroma with taste from spicy to acute and even very burning. Red pepper is usded often in the set of spicery in conjunction with another spices. Chilli pepper is added to the first and second courses, sauces, marinades to give poignant and piquant aroma.
