Mixture of herbs “Provence”


It is a spicy-aromatic mixture without salt. The name of mixture is derived from the name of region in France, Provans, known with the variety of sweet-scented herbs. Provence herbs give a thin aroma for soups, sauces of greenery, lettuces, cheeses. Mixture is used also for cooking of roast, stuffing, grill dishes, fish, poultry and green-stuffs.

Ingredients: rosemary, savory, marjoram, basil, thyme, salvia, mint, oregano, lavender.
