Novelty from the company “Yamuna” – species and seasonings in jars
Every real housewife has the corner on her kitchen where all the species and seasonings are gathered. Any dish will get new unusual flavor and will seem juicier and tastier if you add a drip of aromatic seasoning. Every housewife has her own recipes of seasonings’ use while cooking but even the most experienced ones might have some questions concerning the proper use of one or the other seasoning and the proper mode of their storage.
First of all, the jars with seasonings must be small-size – seasonings lose their flavor, taste and useful properties while long-term storage, so there should be little – as much as you need to add in food.
You must store seasonings in the dark place, in hermetically closed jars.
Dry seasonings in jars with hermetical lids can be stored not more than a year. Cut fresh herbs, mixed with salt, can be stored in the fridge for two-three months. They preserve their flavor much longer in the bottles with vinegar – for more than a year. Grated horseradish can be stored in the fridge for two weeks.
