Sour crem thickener

It is used for making of confectionery creams on the basis of sour cream or creams, desserts, ice-cream, fillings for the confectionery products, and also mayonnaises, sauces, seasonings.

How to use: content of package add to the mixture and shake up by mixer. Dosage: one package is enough for thickening and giving of the creamy state 250 - 400 ml of product.
