Seasoning for mushroom marinating


This aromatic spicy mixture is used for cooking of home canning marinades. We offer the recipe for marinating: jars must be washed jars and sterilized for 2-3 minutes. Mushrooms must be cleaned carefully, wash in a cold water and, if it is necessary you can cut it on slices. The content of package pour out in 2 liters of water, adding 300g of salt, 40g of sugar, 2 - 3g of lemon acid and boil thoroughly 2 - 3 minutes. Prearranged mushrooms must be filled up with marinade according to the calculation 0.75 liters on 3 kg of mushrooms, add 210 ml of vinegar 9% and scald it. Boil until mushrooms will go down on a bottom, and a marinade will become transparent. Hot mushrooms with marinade must be put in prearranged jars, covered by sterilized lid. Sterilize 0,5 liter for 25-30 minutes, 1 liters – 35-40 minutes. Jars must be closed germatically and turned it bottom-up.

Ingredients: mustard seeds, garlic, bay leaf, black pepper, root of horse-radish, basil, allspice, seed and greenery of dill, savory, rosemary.
