Seasoning for cucumber marinating


This aromatic spicy mixture is used for cooking of home canning marinades. We offer the recipe for marinating of fresh cucumbers: wash cucumbers with the same sizes and sort it then put it in a cold water on 5-6 hours. Lay out the greenery (leaves of horse-radish, dill, parsley, leaves of currant, cherries) and cucumbers on the bottom of clean and dry jars. Pour 5 liters of water in deep tableware, pour out 1 package of our seasoning, adding 320g of salt, 300g of sugar and add 450 ml of vinegar 9% and mix it thoroughly and scald it. Boil ıt for 2-3 minutes. Pour ready marinade (T 80 C) in jars with cucumbers, cover by lids and sterilize 1l – 8 minutes, 3 l – 15 minutes.

Ingredients: mustard seeds, garlic, bay leaf, cloves, black pepper, carrot, allspice, onion, root of celery and horse-radish, seed and greenery of dill, savory cumin, coriander, rosemary.
