Sesoning for tomato and pepper marinating


This aromatic spicy mixture is used for cookıng of home canning marinades. We offer the recipe for marinating. Lay out the leaves of horse-radish, dill, parsley, leaves of currant, cherries. Pour out our seasoning which preliminary doused in boiling water. Above lay out tomatoes and leaf of horse-radish. For cooking the marinade: for 1.2 l of water add 120g of sugar, 60g of salt and scald it. Add 110 ml of apple vinegar 9% and boil it for 2 minutes. Pour out marinade in jars with tomatoes (70-80 C), close by sterilized lid and put in a pan with water, heat to the T 60-70 C. Sterilize 3l – 15 minutes with the temperature 100 C. Close jar hermetically and turn it bottom-up for self cooling.

Ingredients: mustard seeds, carrot, garlic, dill seeds, greenery of parsley, basil, black whole pepper, bay leaf, cloves, allspice, cinnamon.
