Cumin black

Cumin  - it is Asiatic spicery and its fruits are small black seeds with light anise aroma and spicy taste. It is used in a little quantity and it requires prolonged frying. Black cumin is added to curry, meat and rice dishes, bakery and confectionery products, vegetable dishes and cheese.
