Fenugreek — annual herbaceous plant of the legumes family. This spice gives dishes the exquisite walnut-mushroom flavor. It can be added to soups, gravy, perfectly matches with meat and fish dishes, combines well with potatoes and mushrooms. In form of dry herb, grounded into a fragrant powder, fenugreek leaves are added to cheese. This spice is also used for bakery products. Appearance— dry crushed herb. Color - light green.
