Used:
- for confectionery products, as a condenser for creams, puddings, kisses, refills, yoghurts and mashed potatoes;
- in bakery products and sandwich products to improve the taste and flavouriness;
- To give tenderness to biscuits;
- when preparing sauces and sauces;
- for the formation of crunchy crumb when panning meat products.
