Cloves

Cloves are the aromatic dried flower buds of Syzygium aromaticum tree from Myrtaceae family. In cooking it is used for marinades. Cloves can be used separatly or together with cinnamon in the sweet dishes. It is used with black pepper for cooking stews, stewing vegetable and making sauces.
